Bayou Steel is a leader in the production of medium structural steel and bar size products. The Louisiana facility produces a variety of shapes, including equal leg angles, unequal leg angles, flats, channels, standard beams, and wide flange beams. Tennessee's rolling mill produces both rebar and merchant bar shapes, including angles, channels, flats, rounds, and squares.

    In addition to its storage facilities in LaPlace and Harriman, Bayou Steel maintains three modern, climate controlled warehouses. These facilities are strategically located in Tulsa, Chicago and Pittsburgh on the inland waterway system thereby creating a wide geographic market for product distribution.
